William Wilson first gained national prominence after a suit he designed for R&B singer Calvin Richardson was named “Best Dressed on the Red Carpet” at the 2010 Grammy Awards. William went on the design looks for the Oscars, NASCAR Awards, NFL/ NBA drafts and various other high level events. In 2011, William extended his brand footprint by designing the inaugural Champion’s Jacket for the Coca-Cola 600 and Bank of America 500 NASCAR races. He later added to his elite portfolio by designing the inaugural Winner’s Jacket for the Bronko Nagurski Award, which is given to the best defensive player in college football. In June of 2012, William Wilson was chosen to design the Champion’s Jacket for the winner of the upcoming PGA event, The Chiquita Classic, being held in Charlotte, NC.
