The Carolina Panthers have signed wide receiver Jarrett Boykin to a one-year contract, the team announced Friday.

Boykin, 6-2 and 215 pounds, joins the Panthers after three seasons (2012-14) with the Green Bay Packers. Boykin’s best season came in 2013 when he had 49 receptions for 681 yards and three touchdowns. For his career, he has played in 39 games with 11 starts, recording 57 catches for 731 yards and three touchdowns. He played high school football in Charlotte, N.C., at Butler.
