INTO DINE-IN THEATRE FOR GUESTS

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Guests of all ages can spend Saturday nights enjoying their favorite eats and family friendly movies on the big screen at Carowinds.  The park will host ‘Dine-In Movies’ every Saturday evening from July 11 through August 15.  Some of the award-winning animated kid flicks of all time will be featured inside of Harmony Hall, Carowinds’ 26,500 square foot market and showplace.  The fun begins at 8:30 p.m.  From minions to princesses to icy spells, our upcoming attractions will be the site of fun-filled family adventures to remember for years to come.

Here’s a peek at our Dine-In Movie line up:

• July 11, 2015:  Despicable Me – Watch Gru and his army of little yellow minions attempt to steal the moon.
• July 18, 2015:  Frozen – Journey through Arendelle as Anna struggles to save the kingdom from an icy spell.
• July 25, 2015:  Planes: Fire and Rescue – Witness Rusty battle through his injury as he takes on a new career.
• August 1, 2015:   Brave – Follow the heroic journey of Merida as she carves her own path in life.
• August 8, 2015:  The Princess and the Frog – Explore the swamps of New Orleans with Tiana and Prince Naveen of Maldonia as they set out on a journey to undo a croaking spell.
• August 15, 2015:  Big Hero 6 – Join Hiro Hamada, a brilliant young robotics whiz, as he attempts to save San Fransokyo from a criminal plot that threatens the hi-tech metropolis.
