The Carolina Panthers claimed defensive end Arthur Miley off of waivers from the Miami Dolphins and waived/injured safety Dean Marlowe, the team announced Tuesday.

Miley, 6-6 and 270 pounds, returns the Carolina after entering the NFL in 2015 as an undrafted rookie free agent with the team. He spent the 2015 season on injured reserve with a knee injury and joined the Dolphins in January before being waived earlier this week.

Marlowe played in five games in two seasons with the Panthers after entering the NFL with the team in 2015 as an undrafted rookie free agent from James Madison.
