Tickets are on sale now for the Queen City Battle of the Bands 3rd annual event to be held at Charlotte’s Memorial Stadium, 310 N. Kings Dr., on Saturday, August 29th, 2015, at 7:00 P.M.
Tickets for the McDonald’s Queen City Battle of the Bands went on sale June 3rd and can be purchased for $15 (Early Bird special) and $20. Advanced tickets can be secured at www.CrownTickets.com or by calling 1-888-547-6478.
The third annual Queen City Battle of the Bands will feature Elizabeth City State University, North Carolina A&T State University, Shaw University, Alabama A&M University, North Carolina Central University & Bethune Cookman University. More bands will be announced soon and this year’s event will include featured local and regional high school bands as well.
Bragging rights and scholarship money will be on the line as the talented collegiate band members battle in the stands and on the field to display their school’s dynamic music programs.
