The Carolina Panthers have signed offensive tackle David Foucault to the active roster from the practice squad, and waived defensive end Wes Horton, the team announced Saturday.

Foucault, 6-8 and 320 pounds, played in five games with one start for Carolina in 2014. He spent the first three weeks of 2015 on the Panthers’ practice squad.
