The Carolina Panthers have re-signed wide receiver Brenton Bersin to a one-year contract, the team announced Tuesday.

Bersin, a potential restricted free agent, played in 10 games for the Panthers in 2016, catching two passes for 17 yards and seeing action on special teams.

Bersin has played in 34 games with three starts for the Panthers over the last three seasons. He has career totals of 24 receptions, 287 yards and one touchdown.
