I don’t see features that were available on the old site.
Don’t worry. Many of the old features will return on the new site with improved functionality.  Though we have launched the new site without all of its features, we felt the need to launch because of how many requests we have had for improvement in users managing their events.

How do I submit press releases and articles to CharlotteVibe.com?
Send an email to feedback@charlottevibe.com regarding your request. Please include your name, phone number and information regarding what you wish to post. We will then set you up to begin posting.

I have an event that recurs, do I have to enter it every time?
If you have an event that recurs and all the information is the same each week. You may email us at feedback@charlottevibe.com to make arrangements for your event to recur.

Why does my featured listed image appear fuzzy or is cut off?
To have the best looking image, you should submit an image that is sized at our proportional to 570 pixels wide by 395 pixles wide.  If you submit any other size, your photo is subject to be cropped or appear somewhat unsharp.

When is the best time to send my email out?
This question is strongly tied to your budget. Ideally, sending an email out the week before, and week of your event is a good starting point.

I have a banner advertisement and I’m not seeing my advertisement. Why is this?
