Comprehensive Panthers Programming Partnership to Feature All Four Pre-Season Games in August Televised Live on TWC SportsChannel ch. 323

 

Charlotte, NC (July 27, 2015) –Starting Monday, July 27, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel, the official cable TV home of the Carolina Panthers, will kick off season two of its exclusive Carolina Panthers programming partnership beginning with the first episode of “Panther Talk” at 6:00 p.m. For the 2015 season, the network has expanded its coverage by delivering fans more than 350 hours of in-depth Panthers programming, and offering more Carolina Panthers coverage than any other network. The partnership features exclusive, in-depth programming highlighted by expanded training camp, pre-season and game day coverage, as well as many behind-the-scenes specials.  In the inaugural season, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel delivered 270 hours of comprehensive coverage.

 

In addition, in a first for the network, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel announced it will simulcast all four Panthers pre-season games live, starting with the Friday, August 14 game versus the Buffalo Bills.

 

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel’s coverage of the team is led by “Panther Talk,” which kicks off the week every Monday at 6:00 p.m. as the Panthers radio team go in front of the camera for a live simulcast of the Panthers Radio Network’s weekly show. Following that show on Tuesday nights at 8:00 p.m. is the program “This is Gross,” where former Panther Jordan Gross provides a unique perspective on football, lifestyle and family. “Panthers Game Plan” airs every Wednesday at 8 p.m., providing a thorough preview of the upcoming matchup that includes highlights from the team’s press conferences. Thursdays will feature “Panthers Breakdown” at 6 p.m., which analyzes the X’s and O’s for the Panthers and their upcoming opponent. Weekdays wrap up with “Inside Panthers Football” on Fridays at 8 p.m., where play-by-play announcer Mick Mixon sets the stage for the upcoming opponent by previewing the game with Panthers insiders. The first episode of “Panthers Gameday” will air Sunday, August 16 and run Sundays through the season.
